Responsibilities:

- Project Management full cycle — from starting the project to successful project release/support stage based on Agile

- Impeccable communication with Clients — managing and meeting their expectations

- Stakeholder Management

- Team Management

- Scope Management

- Estimation & Budgeting & Scheduling

- Quality Management

- Risk Management

- Creating and maintaining PM Project Documentation

- Basic BA skills (creating user stories, acceptance criterias. etc)

- Upsell/cross-sell

Requirements:

— At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager only in IT outsourcing company

— Experience with Scrum and understanding of Agile

— Strong theoretical knowledge in project management, preferably PMBoK

— Basic Business Analyst skills, knowledge in creating User Stories, Acceptance criteria

— Understanding of SDLC/PDLC and key UX/UI practices and processes

— Practical experience in using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

— Experience in people management practices

— Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English level (fluent verbal & written communication)

Nice to have:
- Experience in Construction industry

- Speaking German
