Intelvision is a fast-growing software development company focusing on outstaffing services for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you'll have the support of experienced marketing leadership to guide strategy, while you focus on executing key marketing activities that drive brand awareness and lead generation. You will be responsible for creating and managing content, managing website, running campaigns, and supporting sales efforts. It’s a great opportunity to strengthen your skills and learn from our CMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop blog posts, case studies, and social media content based on the direction provided by marketing leadership.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Publish content on the website.
- Coordinate website design and development.
- Set up email campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
- Create ad ideas with CMO and work with designers to implement them.
- Work closely with the sales and delivery team to ensure marketing materials and campaigns support lead generation and sales goals, based on leadership's strategic input.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in B2B or tech
environments. - Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- English level B2/C1.
